There are two versions: Crispy deep fried one, and a normal type (without deep fried). That's my old time favorite breakfast and teatime snacks 'Popiah', or 'Spring Roll' usually all are vegetables and a little blended peanuts/roasted peanuts added with homemade soya sweet sauce (some like a little spicy), wrapped & rolled with a thin rice piece., perfect with a hot black coffee. Yummy! Glad to see you try this.
