I made this tonight, and it was absolutely delicious! I didn't add hot pepper because I used hot Italian sausage - also I used a leek instead of onion - it really was very good - I will add this to my repertoire - ever growing thanks to Lydia

I would have deglazed that pan for more sauce. So much flavor on/in that pan still. A nice warm piece of bread to sop up the sauce, Yummy!!!!
