Shadow's against the wind Especially True when trying to interview a 4 yr old child, asking her to remember everything exactly how it happened. It’s just not gonna happen with an adult, never mind a young child. Witnesses are notorious inaccurate, especially children. That’s why we depend on the experts to parse out the interview to make sense of what’s been said and to read body language.

Anne Austin interesting point! I wonder, do you know if such disorders and diseases are caused by past abuse is it possible to reverse by working through that abuse and healing the abuse even if the individual doesn’t remember all the traumatic events but the body does? Asking for myself 😅
@amandarios4484 жыл бұрын
@Anne Austin dude. Not everybody with traumas, will be having problems exploding in their 30s if she gets care and therapy she could be doing great before she becomes an adult, she is very young and in a safe place now. The problem is that most cases of mild of sporadic abuse. Stays under the covers and then these people grow up blocking it off NEVER getting treatment and it ruins their life in their late 20s. That's people with PTSD or CPTSD that never get treatment you can bet shit will happen in most cases. But with treatment it's also been shown by research that sexual abuse does change brain anatomy. But on the flip side. Therapy (with a psychologist and or medication) in time will bring the brain back to more similar to normal. Chec neuroanatomy and childhood abuse/trauma. They have proven that treatment just like trauma can have an impact in our brains Our brain is always changing. Neuroplasticity is powerful and happens both ways. Also it's not the trauma itself that creates problems is what is done with this trauma afterwards and how quickly it's done. Because what harms you are to make an example. *The internal narrative you create of the event *Things like survivor's guilt and other feelings that might not be justified. *Coping mechanisms perhaps bad ones you develop to deal with the trauma. *Snowball effect of problems mounting up due to unresolved issues. The trauma is not really what matters the most, the trauma is the seed, the results the trauma will have is what is done with these seeds and good intervention in the right time can be life or death. It's what you do with your trauma after it happened that matters.

The bizarre thing about this crime, you have a cute little two year old girl, someone else's child and you murder the child within 16 weeks. Don't make sense, she should have contacted agency and thrown in the towel . I think the child had precondition injuries prior to placement.

Did you listen to all the testimony of the medical examiners and other evidence? Also, with the injuries that baby had, she wouldn't have lived long enough for "precondition" They were able to determine how old the breaks were too. Did you listen to the testimonies about the tibia break? She tried putting it off on gymnastics?
@elizabethrodgers86168 ай бұрын
They were old breaks but within time of being under their care. Look at photos pre Foster . She was a chunky smiling toddler with bright eyes. After 4 months , she was underweight, eyes look sad and dark circles under her eyes.

- Mommy, why you repeat everything they say in court with that thing in your mouth? - Well thats my job honey. - But is unnecessary, they audio/video record everything. - Why don't you get lost, before I get the belt little piece of shit.

I have listened to Forensic testimony, physicians, former Foster parents and the like. I also, listened to the head Proscecutor ( which is very good, I might add, as was the Forensic pathologist). But, for “the life of me”, I don’t see or hear any testimony that shows the Rosenbaum’s killed this child. IJS have I missed something?
@elizabethrodgers86168 ай бұрын
You missed Millie's testimony. You missed that child was covered in bruises and had internal damage and bled to death. She was only around the foster parents when it happened.

It has been four years and I believe she didn't know the kids prior to the interview. She didn't develop fondness, she is good at her jobs though. Getting kids to open to her and answer all of the planned questions.

How did they fail? Jennifer will be in jail for the rest of her life and Joseph received 30 years in custody and 20 years probation giving him 50 years for his sentence. Jennifer received life plus 40 years, how is that a fail? Lol.

If there was true abuse, I don't think the husband had any knowledge. We are talking 16 weeks. This guy was working full time, commuting and sleeping. We are talking 16 weeks. Something aint right.

What ? True abuse ? Child died of internal injury that was sustained through abuse. Child's back side is covered in bruises. She had a broken arm, leg! He knew! He helped dress them etc. he was home on the weekend..
