The prawns are fried and then cooked in the chilli garlic sauce. This is a dish where you will really enjoy the flavour of the sauce blending in with the fried prawns, along with the amazing aroma.
Ingredients:
Cleaned prawns - 300 grams
For prawns stock:
Cleaned the shell
Garlic - 2 nos
Onion - 1 nos
Water - 200 ml
Marination of prawns:
Lime juice - 1/2
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Crushed pepper - 1/2 tablespoon
Soya sauce - 1 tablespoon
Chilli powder - 1 pinch
Salt - 1 pinch
Rest for 15 minutes
Egg - 1 nos
Cornflour - 2 tablespoons
Plain flour - 1 tablespoon
Oil - for frying
For sauce preparation:
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Garlic - 1 full fine chopped
Ginger - 1 small piece fine chopped
Green chilli - 5 chopped
Spring onion - 3 stems chopped
Onion - 1/2 fine chopped
Onion - 1/2 cubes
Capsicum - 1 cubes
Salt - 1 pinch
Crushed pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli sauce - 1 tablespoon
Soya sauce - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Prawns stock - 1 cup
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
