Can we use white chocolate n color it to get coloured glace...and also do we need to temper chocolate first and then use it...thanks for the wonderful recipe...

Is the glucose in powder OK. Or did u use glucose syrup...? And also am amazed it came out so well without condensed milk. So we don't need it?

Why so low res? Everything you do looks amazing but it gets crapped with low res. Give us at least 1080p for this wonderful treats.

i didnt get canola oil... So can i use sunflower oil or any other oil

Funkar detta med mörk choklad också? Letar alltid efter nya varianter av vegansk glace. Skulle vara intressant att se hur ni undviker luftbubblor också, min glace blir alltid full med bubblor trots mixning i speciell vinkel och spelar ingen roll hur mycket jag slår bunken i bordet haha. Bra video, gillas!

Hej, nej det går inte att byta ut. Men här är ett recept på en mörk variant: Mörk choklad 50g, Vatten 45g, Matolja 10g, Glukos 5g. Koka upp vatten och glukos. Häll blandningen över chokladen och matoljan. Rör chokladen och vattenblandningen slät. Allt kan bero på vilken stavmixer du använder. Jag använder en som inte drar in så mycket luft. Lycka till /Gustaf

٣٢٠ جم شوكلاته الحليب ، ١٨٠ جم ماء ، ٦٠ جم جلوكوز ، ٢٠ جم زيت الكانوله او اي زيت مثل زيت جوز الهند او عباد الشمس او نباتي

توضه المقادير السائله مع بعض ثم اذا وصلت للغليان تصب وتترك قليلا ثم تخلط لتذوب وهي حاره ثم تترك لتبرد ثم تصب على الكيك او الشوكلت موس وهو متجمد

Yes, as long as it's unflavoured (like olive oil would give the glaze a taste of olives). /Gustaf
