Saw a similar job being done, that crew was using Cemental's Rapidset. Both seem to be very good products.

Very Impressive. After fully curing can concrete anchors( wedge type) or chemical (epoxy) anchor bolts be installed in your product ? Case in point would be if rubber dock bumpers and a dock plate were to be added after the concrete repair.

No bonding primer? You just pour new concrete on top of the damage?

im trying to educate myself and learn about concrete and rebar currently... from what i understand once rebar rusts, it will expand and break the concrete up... so with this fix here, whichh looked great by the way, what would stop the rusted rebar that remains in the newly patched up concrete to not continue to expand , thus breaking the concrete? is this something that will forsure happen, or is this build guaranteed to stay in place with no further rebar damage to the concrete??? thanks in advance

For the big holes in the walking surfaces did you use the existing rebar or did you add some kind of reinforcement. I mean so people aren't going to fall through the patched hole.

It's to much bubble in micro concrete.. try black oil on surface of shuttering ply it's given smooth finishing

How were you able to take your forms off so easily? I thought in previous videos it was mentioned that TF structural would bond with wood, no?

They were covered with a powdered release agent

They are Portland cement based, and need to be 'glued' down with primers and acrylics. They also have many limitations in their use (minimum and maximum thicknesses, critical mix rations, temperature range for application, etc.)

Yes, the polyaspartic coating only took 1/2 hour.

Less than ripping out and replacing, but a job like that could be sold for $10-$20k, depending where youblive

That’s not the proper repair procedure as per icri guidelines. The demo should’ve been more detailed as the rebar needs to be cleaned and also you need to have all rust components removed. Also there’s a lot of cracks that were not addressed.
