I got an MBA and used my OPT post completion. Now im studying for a STEM masters. Do I still have the ability to apply for the 24 month STEM OPT extension considering my first opt was not a STEM extended one?

My dad has a really good job in england he is looking to start a firm in the us and my mom also has a good job with a possibility to get transferred to the same company but in a us facility can she take our family too

Hey art, great vids. I'm 33 from england and wanting to work in America, I would be looking for unskilled work though, not skilled. Would the chances be harder for me as it's unskilled rather than skilled. Also when I was in my teens and stupid I got into trouble and was arrested for been drunk and disorderly and that's gone on record, never been to prison though. Would that affect me also. Thanks very much for the good info

First, a GREEN CARD based on "skilled" or "unskilled" (EB-3 subcategories) are essentially the same wait times (backlog wait times). . . as a general rule . . . .But, Aha . . . drunk & disorderly may (or may not) be a problem for immigration purposes, and it could be a problem for USA job "background checks." DO you have friends in the USA who could offer you a job? That would help your chances! Do you have your police and court paperwork? Thank you for the reply art, yes I can obtain my police records and send them across to you and no I have no possible job offer, I am looking at possible job opportunities online ect before I would take it any further, doing as much research as possible now to see if it's actually obtainable for my situation. i have accounting licence and university degree and i speak three languages but every video make more depressed why i born in that bad region of the would i have no hope to leave Africa but even tho nice to see you
