Brought my wifey over from Honduras to the USA and married her.. she’s 34 I’m 45 and within 5 months she now has her permanent residency card. Cost a decent amount of money but was a pretty easy straight forward process!

Thank you Art 🙌... I'm a United States citizen and I recently married a Slovenian. We dated for three years and have kind of been through the wringer with the United States nationalization process, so it's definitely for "loooove" ☺️... I'm a New Hampshire resident and I'm wondering if that prevents me from retaining your firm's services... I Have no problem with paying for concise direction in this matter, Illt email your office in the morning... Safe travels and thank you so much...

We can help. Start by contacting us with an email immigration.art@gmail.com . . . Thank God immigration law is federal law -- it is the same law in all 50 states. I just need to be a licensed lawyer in 1 state (Virginia) to help anyone in each of the 50 states!

Hi Arthur, I entered thru esta visa waiver program.I met my friend online on Facebook on nov2018and he also me to come and visit him next year May 252019. I got proposed to and got married on July 2019. Our age GAP is 34 years difference. I asked 3 Lawyers they said there’s nothing to worry about and go ahead to file for the green card. What is your advise

I'm not an old guy, but I don't understand why a girl, let's say from Columbia can't just travel with her passport and visit and stay for 90 days isn't that how long you can stay for before you have to go back? also I know some people that don't have permanent residency in another country and they stay for 90 days and they cross the border into another country for say a day and then they come back to the country and their visa resets for another 90 days and they just keep doing this over and over again. Is this not true? and how would that work for the US?

Hello mr arthur, i had my immigrant visa interview last week on 18th September,2019 in US embassy Islamabad. At the end of interview consular officer said my visa is approved and I will get my passport back in two weeks . Its been a week I kept checking and the status shows “Administrative processing “. Is this normal or its a sign of danger for me.im worried about this.

"Administrative Processing" means "BACKGROUND CHECK / SECURITY RISK ASSESSMENT . . . it could take a week or two, or it could take months (and months and months) . . . Just keep checking . . . you have done everything in your power that you can do at this point . . . .

Ha Ha Ha. I really like u. It doesn't matter I see u r so young inside of ur heart. I am 30 So I have a friend who is 42 he wants to Help me.and he getting ssd I mean he getting money from government caz he can't work but healthy and he used to take stamp food so can he apply fiance visa or should get marry? His income will give trouble ?or what u think
