My first ex said that yet still came back a couple of years later saying he didn’t feel for anyone like he felt for me. It happens. Feelings change due to circumstances, hurt feelings and so on. People and relationships are complicated. And a lot of people give up way too easily in my opinion. Their loss.

Good afternoon Coach. First of all I want to say thank you for devoting so much of your time and energy to assisting so many people with so many different circumstances and relationship issues. It is quite powerful how much confidence you instill and how much of your obvious objective is to ultimately assist people in becoming much more developed in the actual person that they can be all around. I've watched easily a dozen videos, probably twice that, and certainly gain a lot of information out of all of them. What I have observed, especially in the relationship and getting ones X back videos, is that there does not seem to be much specificity related to divorces where children are involved. This is a subject that is, in my experience, much more regular than just a breakup where it is two people involved with one another for a certain period of time. My specific reality involves a woman and myself who are in the middle of getting divorced, and she has chosen to move on entirely... At least at this point in her understanding of how she feels about the relationship, but we are also co-parenting. I'm not sure if perhaps I just have not come across any videos that have this topic being touched on, but I certainly have not found any information almost anywhere, especially coming from you... Which I must say out of everyone that I have ever seen... You certainly seem to have a grasp on it more than any of the other coaches. I look forward to communicating with you more, perhaps personally once my budget allows me to do so, but in the meantime if there is any way that you could steer some of us involved with more complicated scenarios in the direction that has information pertaining to this matter specifically. Let me offer a piece of advice here. When someone is stressed, just let them vent. Shut up and listen. Then if she asks for your advice, offer it. This is coming from a guy who has learned the hard way. Listen and be their rock guys.

Lucky you! My ex never told me to move on. Until I decided to go in no contact, every time I spoke with him, trying to understand if he was sure about our breakup and told him I hoped he would have thought about a second chance for us, he just spoked about something else. Me and my ex broke up about 4 months ago, she told me afterwards that she still loves me and has feelings for me but she wanted space and was too sad over a death in her family. Hello coach, I really need a advice. I have been with my ex for 6 years, till a month ago he broke up with me.. We had alot of issues going on in our relationship, he cheated on me for last 4 years, the next 2 years things has gotten changed and he has been always be there for me, but, every time we have an arguments he disappear out of my life, it's been on and off the same tack tick and I always took him back because I love him.. Hey coach I need some kind of help. About a year and a half ago I began seeing a female coworker. I was with my ex fiancé at the time when I met my female Coworker. She’s 11 years younger then me too. I was and still am so drawn towards her. Never had this feeling with any woman. Well she decided that we shouldn’t see each other like that anymore. She said that we argue too much and that she didn’t deserve me. I really don’t know what to do because I still very much am in love with her and we still work together but not in the same area anymore. She still tries to make some small talk with me but I’ve been just trying to leave her alone and see if she wants to come back to me but she said she thinks we should talk to other people but when she said it her body language wasn’t saying the same thing. He just isn’t ready to give me what I want, but he knows that he was keeping me around cause he didn’t want to lose me. He said he really does want to be with me but he’s not ready. Hi Coach Craig, my boyfriend broke up with me because I was not trusting him 100% because he lied to me in the past and gave me reasons for not trusting 100%, he knew about that for a while and one day he said it's just getting worse and he said because I dont trust him it's better to break up, I asked him to work things out and to help me gain the trust I lost, we had counseling sessions planed and he refused to stay together and work it out and see if counseling would help.....do I have any chances for him to come back and want to work on it ?

Craig, I did a horrible thing, I ruined everything. After more than two months of no contact my ex said he moved on and is happy that everything ended. He didn’t regret leaving me. I blew up and wrote several accusing texts. I did that because he broke my heart and ruined my self esteem again. I regret deeply and wish I could go a week back when I haven’t said those things. God dammit, i wish i saw this video sooner. She reached out, it started well, but things got back to the relationship, and we didnt fight or get angry. But things got sad, there were tears. Shes dating somebody new now and after I blockedr her for a while, then unblocked her, she has now blocked me. Just pain. My ex was leading me to believe that someone was interested in her during our relationship and she also had questionable boundaries with friends. I wanted answers in the end and she threatened a restraining order (i never threatened her) so I immediately stopped contacting her because that was just one more threat. She gaslit me. She threatened to leave in the beginning if there was a disagreement and then would pull me back in, she threatened to get online to find someone after we broke up and she did. To me, it seems like she tried to control things the entire time we were together via threats. She also implied she wanted to kill herself twice. All threats!! Not once did i chase her but i wanted answers like anyone would if someone implies that someone likes them while you are dating them. I felt like my hands were cuffed and i wasnt allowed to have a voice if something bothered me. She would make threats. She even reached out to my friend trying to get him roped in. I thought she was rather manipulative. This behavior will show up in her new relationship.

Same happened to me, she told me she isnt happy anymore. I just cracked, started crying, started to beg for another chancee, i improved myself, after one month she told me that she is happy again. But i became to clingy needy, i wanted her for myself and after 3 months she said that its over. That we need space. I reached out after 45days, she said that she is 1000x better now, happy to be single and not wanting anyone. She is not mad at me, she said she hopes we can stay friends, and is willing to met after i get over her. That she is over me. Need some advice. I was seeing a girl I met at the gym we was not together long enough to do anything. But I was falling for her and she was for me. Sorry Craig Kenneth I must disagree with you my ex girlfriend and I broke up again for a year and one month but before that we had dated befor 25 years ago and we were dating for 5 years well anyway we reconnected it a year-and-a-half ago and we dated for a year in the month she left me again because I was being needy and insecure but what she didn't say is to move on she wanted to see me but I was busy celebrating my birthday that a female friend threw for me I told her to call me next day so we can get together but I haven't heard from her since its been three months already since we talked like I said she didn't say goodbye she didn't tell me to move on she just stopped calling I wasn't mad at her I didn't argue with her I just left it alone like that I told her if she changed her mind to give me a call like I said she I haven't heard from her for 3 months so you think she will call me someday and if she does what should I do thank you for reading this

Honestly, when I hear about guys fumbling secure women I dont know what to say... After being broken up with a fearful avoidant, secure women are EASY to handle. How do people still mess up with secure people?

Craig, I talked to my ex the other day, to see if she wanted to try again. At the beginning she was doubting to give me a chance. But the longer we talked the more she became shorter and negative. She told me I messed up, that I broke her hear. She saw a future with me but I ruined it. Then my ex toldme to move on. What do I do now??

My wife and I have been together for 3 years. She said that she wanted space and that she cannot trust me anymore. She said she didn’t love me and that I should move on. We still live together but she said that we should only be friends. We are still married but we live in separate rooms. I’m doing no contact but we still have to contact each for some things due to us living together and having only 1 vehicle. What should I do. I miss my wife and want her back.
