From publishing videos nearly a year in the past, you have now shifted your whole production to making videos nearly a year in the FUTURE!! WOW!, I'm SOOOOOO impressed!!! I would really like to go with you on your next journey in your brand new time machine please....please.......ah Pleeeeeeeease!!!!??!!! ! The first trip would have to be for me going back in time though rather than forward, back to the moment before I first offended you. Oh, I tell ya, the things that I would change from that solid day, yes indeed. This would be an essential first trip if I was ever to convince you to let me ride with you guys again I think. 2nd trip 2050......3rd trip DISNEYLAND!!!! YeeeeeeeHaaaaa!

Really impressed by the person that drew up the design. It takes some inspiration and expertise to look at a blank slate and come up with something that functional, know where to put everything and have it aesthetically pleasing. I personally would have had a direct path to the back gate as I know everyone would cut across to take a direct path rather than walk to the side to get to the back.

@@PeteKanarisGreenDreamsFL It's slow but steady. I'm getting my bee hive in a couple weeks. My lot is only 100'×200' so with a 10'×20' greenhouse I've already got a pretty good start. Problem is I love tropical fruits and live in zone 8b so my greenhouse will be full. But all my trees and bushes started except my citrus. I'm done some landscape designs and installs, certainly nothing on this scale or level of complexity. I doubt most really understand what goes into a job like this. Watching this gave me anxiety! So much to coordinate!

C.J. Rogers thanks for noticing! I tend to loose sleep the first few days of a big install. It’s definitely no little undertaking. But the reward of the finished product makes it all worth it.

Nice job! You 2 make a good team. I really think this style of food forest/Permaculture in long run could be answer to floridas growth red tide and water issues. Please keep up updated with this project. Also the cheese (mulch) you bring in these sites is it something particular? It doesn't look like tree trimmings or some of the traditional mulch we get around here. Do the call that regular brown mulch? Thanks Pete for all your videos u have inspired me a lot with your various projects and trip to C. R. I am going to be working and helping design permaculture /foodforest on a 5 acre non profit site in Haiti focused on Malnutrition. Have you had any trips or experience in the Caribbean area with these type of set ups?
@PeteKanarisGreenDreamsFL
@PeteKanarisGreenDreamsFL 5 жыл бұрын
Jason Linkinhoker thank you! The cheese comes from a large local compost facility, it’s semi broken down mulch with an interesting smell. I agree Florida needs help right now and permaculture has the answers. No projects on the Caribbean yet, just started one in Costa Rica.

Awesome install. Incredible what you guys can do in such a short time. Super inspiring. Question: Do you post your designs anywhere? I'd love to take a closer look at the species list and design layout to learn more! Especially interested in the Agroforestry rows and the support species, nitrogen fixers, natives, and bee flowers. I love how you're planting goldenrod and firebush! I'd love to see a few more medicinal herbs in your designs; Milk Thistle, Sage, Rosemary, Hyssop, St Johns Wort, Cannabis, Plantain, Comfrey, Echinacea, etc... Love your videos. Sending much appreciation and gratitude to your whole team!

That is really awesome!! Great crew! (how's it growing? ha!) I tried to find some perennial peanut a few years ago and couldn't find any retail and forgot about it. Will start looking for some again. East coast about the same latitude.

Thank you! Most large nurseries should have perennial peanut in that area, I can't believe it's been so hard.
