Dan does two versions. This is the straight version directly from the Witcher tv series and video game. He also does a metal version which is even "differenter".

Thank you so much for your continued support and wonderful response to this acoustic cover by Dan. Sometimes while sitting, which doesn't happen often. In the outro you see his "film studio" in his garage. The metal version of this cover is impressive. Dan once again graced us with his exquisite vocals. Priscilla's song is featured in the OST of the game "The Witcher 3". Dan not only did a rendition faithful to the original but also unleashed a METAL version, distinctly different from this one!

Priscilla’s Song, though sung by a woman in the game, is actually told from the male perspective of Geralt, the Witcher, who’s in love with a sorceress who has violet eyes. You’re right, the expression in this version is all in his voice. The metal version, recorded first, is stunning. And I hope you will do two other fabulous Witcher songs, Burn Butcher Burn, and Song of the White Wolf. All the Witcher metalized versions are arranged by Dan, and are all terrific and very different from each other. Burn Butcher Burn is one of my favorite Dan creations, a triumph of singing and performing. Thanks, Chris!

I have watched this video by several other reactors. Dan LOVED the earlier series of the Witcher. It was, I think a mini series. Dan is also a HUGE fan of Video Games and the Witcher also had those. I guess you know Dan slso has a gaming channel of his own. Thanks for reminding me of this beautiful acoustic version of Priscilla's Song. Good critique! 👍

The Witcher is a fantasy series of books, games and TV series(Netflix). All of Dan's Witcher songs (5) are wonderful! Definitely do the metal version of Priscilla's song. "Toss A Coin To Your Witcher" is the song that blew up Dan's channel four years ago. I believe he had around 70k subs at that time. Then came "The Song Of The White Wolf." Then the two versions of "Priscilla's Song" (from the game). Last, but not least, "Burn Butcher Burn" (my favorite of them all). Thank you for your reaction.

Dan did absolutely beautiful rendition if this song, and I find it so amazing that Dan sings and his dogs come and join ! Dan Vasc is the most versatile singer I know. Both versions of Pricilla's song are perfect, each in their own way. As always by Dan. I like both versions, the metal version a little bit more. I love his attitude and the ! over-the-top screams in his metal version! Thanks for your reaction! 😊

Hi Chris, I just found you and subbed. I am also an ELVIS freak and I am totally into Dan Vasc. I would put a link in here, but KZfaq doesn't like links I guess. I would urge you to check out Dan Vasc's cover of ELVIS' An American Trilogy. The story behind it is that Dan lost his father and recorded An American Trilogy as a tribute to his father. It's very emotional and very moving. I believe he has covered a couple of ELVIS songs. I might post the link separately so I don't lose my comment. Carry on and have a great day.
