This 30 min Challenging Full Body KETTLEBELL Workout | Unilateral + Explosive & Tabata Finisher, consists of 10 sets of 4 exercises each. The first 8 sets will focus on unilateral movements, targeting the right and left sides separately, while the last 2 sets will involve regular exercises.
Each exercise will be performed for 35 seconds with a 15-second rest between exercises and a 20-second rest after each set. As a finisher, we will do a 4-minute Tabata session with 8 exercises, performing each exercise for 20 seconds with a 10-second rest.
This workout will start off relatively easy and gradually increase in intensity.
Let's go!
These are the kettlebells that I am using:
20KG (displayed as RED on the screen)
16KG (displayed as YELLOW on the screen)
12KG (displayed as GREEN on the screen)
Before starting the workout, make sure to properly warm up by following this video:

After a two week break I was flying through this thinking I should take longer breaks, I must be an elite athlete. Then came the Tabitha part. The teenage witch destroyed me. Now I need another two weeks off.

Oh man, that was tough! This is the second time doing a Kettlebell workout. The Tabata was killing me because I didn't pay attention to the last half of the list, as I was needed to decide what weights to use for the uneven exercises. I thought the RDL/Upright Row was the last exercise but then the Thruster preview came on lol. Then I thought that was the end but no, the Cluster preview lol. The uneven exercises were so hard I had to lower from 14/12 to 12/10 Your live premieres give me motivation to get my workout done earlier than normal. I tend to procrastinate lol. I had an event to go to tonight so it was nice to be ahead of schedule by getting the workout out of the way. Kettlebell is definitely harder than dumbbell for me--maybe it's because I am new to it. Weights 16kg, 14kg, 12,kg, 10kg For knee-up/bicep curls I had to go grab a 7.5kg dumbbell.
