Excellent shoulders and abs workout. I used 5lb weights and definitely felt it 😅. Sometimes I do a mixture of weights and bounce and sometimes just all bounce. All these videos in this playlist are very convenient and good. I no Scott’s been long since over the shingles, but I’m sure he’s not forgotten it. Sorry he had to experience that. Thank you both for all that you do ❤❤❤

I did 14 and 15 today, Saturday and loved them both. I heeded your warning and used 3 lb weights which was plenty. Definitely felt these in the abs and I very much enjoy using free weights on the rebounder. I hope Scott is feeling better. Thank you both❤️

@@sanfranfitness yes, I was going to use 5 lbs, but when you said you were using 2 kilos, I held back and I’m glad I did.

Another PB today. Managed to use my 3 kg , tough at the end but not so bad I couldn't finish. 🥳🥳🥳

Added this on to a cardio bounce , i kept to a 2 kg which was just right. I do like this one especially because it combines weights as well. 💪🏻👌🏻

@@kerriesowka6666 it’s an amazing series which is a combination of strength and cardio. 21 Mins each day and it’s 7 exercises. I think it will be a perfect compliment to this series. You can find it in the workout playlist series. Thank you for your continuing support

So I had all good intentions of doing this series when it first came out, but with a new puppy, Christmas and having Covid twice has all got in the way the last few months🤦‍♀️ But I’ve done it in dribs and drabs and got there eventually! Now determined to get back to it a bit more regularly, but this was definitely a favourite and has been added to my “core and abs” playlist! Thank you 😊

I’m going to try this. I quit using weights because of tight shoulders that went up the neck and caused head aches.

Hello 👋 by the sounds of it you weee maybe doing too much shoulder work, therefore aggravating the muscles and causing tension. It’s really important to mix it up and focus on other muscle groups to avoid this. Maybe alternate biceps, shoulders, triceps and chest. Hopefully this will help
