Day 15 and today is the final day of our Kickstart Series. We are ending on some of my favourite disco style moves and what better way to do it, than on our new Bellicon rebounder.
We really hope you have enjoyed these classes and that you have felt improvement as the series has progressed. Thank you from both myself and Scott for joining us.

Well for sure this is the ultimate class!!! So much fun!!! My heart was soaring 💓, sweat was on 💦, and my face was smiling 😁! What a fantastic class and I can't say enough about the Kickstart Challenge! Thank you, thank you, thank you for creating and bringing this to us! Day 15 is 🏁, but never finished...as, I will do these workouts over and over again! Yay!!!!! 🎉🎈🎉🎈🎉🎈🎉🎈

Dear Claire and Scott…I am 69 yrs and follow you daily for, usually, a 20 min routine. I live in northern BC (Prince George) and the temp today is -39 C and windchill makes it -50!!!!! When I just cant get outside to ski or walk, I can always count on you ….anyone can find 20 minutes. I love your routines, your energy, your humour, and your variety. I feel my balance is excellent and I know bouncing is so good for my bones, cardio and lymphatic. I plan to bounce till Im 95!Thank you for generously sharing your time, expertise and sunny personalities.

@@karmavance7252 thats ok we know we have a lot of silent followers. I’m afraid there will be no new year series for 2023 as we have so much available now on our website platform. Plus unfortunately KZfaq are not rewarding us like it used to be and Unless we put out 3-5 videos a week, the amount of effort it takes to produce all these workouts is not worth the return. Anyway if you ever fancy trying out our website platform for one month, it’s just £14 with no strings attached

Loved this series. I really liked the structure and format - the 3 different sets with no break. It makes the class go by fast and I'm sweating at the finish. Thank you so much!

Was with you two all the way; sorry to not have Scott these last few. This Day 15, by far for me, was the most fun since you incorporated all the 70s-type dance moves. Really like the dancy aspect of this workout; kept me engaged all the way through. Scott's music is exactly right. I found this to be a very, incredibly, intense workout (even though it looked so easy--that's the trick). You moved smoothly between each segment. My favorites: the shimmy, the pony, the staying alive eyes, big guitar arms, and the Tina Turner (of course). Actually, I just liked the whole darn thing. Well Done!!!

Thank you, thank you THANK YOU !!.. This Kickstart series was the perfect way to resume my fitness routine having been sidelined with a mild case of Covid (Omnicron)Thankfully I was fully vaxxed & boosted so my only symptom was a stuffy nose. I missed Scott & hope his case of shingles is mild & his recovery will be quick. I combined days..doing 3 days per session & so did not "overdo".Loved the new more funky moves of day 15, Claire. Wishing you & your families much love & joy in the ensuing year.

I've been with you over a year but did the kickstart series too. Love this last fast paced one. Got me warmed up in the cold temperatures we have right now. Thank you for all of your videos. You keep me going at age 73.

This was one of my favorites! I’m an old Disco Queen at heart and loved all the Disco moves. Thank you so much for the LA Twist Shout Out. That put a BIGGER smile on my face because I was already smiling throughout the whole routine. I will definitely be coming back to this Series time and time again. You both ROCK‼️

Wow! This been a fun and motivating series. I came to it a year later, but still so on point! I was able to do these independently or pair some together. On the weight days, I would add a 10 minute rebound day to it so I felt like I got a little sweat on. No day was easy and I think I will recycle it again, perhaps this time I will be a bit more coordinated or keep time with you a bit closer. You both are amazing and inspiring. Thank you!

Wow! This was my favorite day, out of all of them that I have done… Failed so good to do 20 minutes… It was a challenge for me but I did it! And in my opinion I would love to see after the videos some stretching! Not all of us know how to stretch properly… Thank you very much Claire and Scott! May you do more amazing video such as this… God bless you see you soon… I am so thankful that I started to rebound… I was told that for women over 50 this is the best and I have to agree it helps me a lot!

Great workout! It would be great if you could do a full body strength and rebounder circuit workout with the strength portion off the rebounder. I find bouncing and doing weights at the same time hard on my shoulders. Thanks

Another awesome workout and a great class to wrap up the 15 day series. Thank you so much! This class was my favorite. I love all the different moves. It is great getting my sweat on as well as work on my balance and proprioception. Such a great workout for my 40s! I hope Scott is all mended and gently back at it. Do you have a recommendation for a good follow up series now that I've completed the 15 days? I like the structure. Thanks again!

Thanks Claire for another energetic rebounder workout. I remember the good old Disco days! What are your thoughts re your new Bellicon Rebounder? I am about to upgrade my rebounder, as I am having some joint and muscle issues (I workout on my Rebounder everyday). I know they are exy, would you recommend? Hope Scott is on the way to recovery. Hi Nancy. This is a Bellicon premium rebounder on strong bungee cords. It’s absolutely beautiful and really well made.

I LOVED this video! What size Bellicon do you use in the video? What bungee strength? I couldn't keep pace with you, but I still loved it. My Bellicon is 44 inches & strong bungees.

Thank you 😊 These are strong bungees to and the largest size they do on the rebounder, so I think it’s 48”. It’s the premium model

@@judithf4960 this trampoline is the firmest out of all the ones we use so I suppose for us we are used to jumping on softer surfaces that make your legs work harder to keep a faster pace. Keep going because you will get there 👍

Thanks for this! Just recently introduced to your channel and love the workouts! Are your rebounders somewhat less bouncy? Asking because I think mine is way bouncier and it’s difficult to keep up with all the steps I believe for that reason. Wondering if I should have another one that’s less bouncy for these types of workouts. I guess maybe the bungee cords have different elasticity or whatever…

Thank you Mindy for joining us and glad you are liking our content. So our bungee rebounders are not as firm as a sprung rebounder. Depending on the brand we use we have ones that are a deeper bounce than others. We find that the different rebounders can offer us different things depending on the type of workout we are doing. We currently use a Bellicon rebounder with strong bungees, a JumpSport which is the softest bounce of all 3 brands we have and then a Leaps and Rebounds rebounder which is kind of in the middle when it comes to bounciness. It is entirely up to you whether you choose to have another rebounder with former cords. What brand do you have now? @@sanfranfitness ahh that explains it. I have the JumpSport. It’s fun and can jump high, which is great for some workouts. I may check into your links for another one to use for workouts where jumping high is not the goal. Appreciate your fast response!

The Bellicon is amazing and definitely well worth the price increase as you can completely customise the rebounder to suit your needs but if the price bracket needs to be lower then the leaps is a good alternative option. You will notice that the frame won’t be as sturdy as the JumpSport or Bellicon but it is still a good second rebounder to have and be able to alternate between the two. Mindy, I can't keep up sometimes either and I have a Bellicon. What I do is go into "settings" for the video and decrease the playback speed to maybe 90 or lower. You'll then be able to follow along exactly. Any questions just ask.
