Ok DUDE!!! After I was 60% done I was DYING … I wanted to quit so BAD! Your transition SLAPS! I took it exercise by exercise….always wanting to quit but you FLUIDLY and expertly change muscle groups to keep people like me AT IT!!! @NikiBartlett, Couldn't agree more, I've been with Dan since Nov22 5 to 6x per week, following routines is not necessarily easy or pleasant (I guess, that's the whole point :-)) effort is the reward, but the diversity and thinking that goes into the sessions are unmatched. I curse you often, Dan, but I keep on coming back for more! You should nickname your channel "Stockholm Syndrom fitness" ;-)

Dan, that was a kick-butt workout. I started to lose steam at the end and then at about 89% you had this song that totally amped me right back! Well done. I'm really enjoying this first 6 week shred!!

581 total Calories burned. 501 Active Calories burned 🔥 160 avg ❤️ beats per minute. Totally drenched. Zero extra breaks. 15-18 reps on most exercises. Used 30s for all exercises except 35lb kettle for the swings and goblets,… and 20s for the 90 degree lat raises. Thanks again, for some of the best content online. You are very much appreciated.

This is amazing, although I needed a couple of extra breaks to recover. However, I've lost 11 pounds and 2.1% of fat loss (healthy balanced diet included of course). Still a way to go, but this is the first workout series I'm hooked. Thank you!

🎉🎉WorkOut Completed 🎉🎉 Yeah i'm back😂 Okay so here some feedback/my own records 💚 So i'm definitely sweating like a pig😂😂 but that's the point ❤ Few things that i love about this workout, the arrangement, NO REPEAT, simple, more than 20 min, using dumbbells... However i didn't feel any part of my body/muscles that are shaking after finished this workout.. Alright that's all for today.. Keep up the great work and till we meet again 💙

Yes! Love the 40-60 minute with dumbells. They are killers but I have seen a MAJOR difference in my legs, butt, arms and shoulders since starting these just 4 weeks ago. When I'm done I try and do a quick 1.5/2 mile run. The struggle is real!!! Going to start adding the focused ab ones after. No pain no gain. I love it!!

@@TIFFxDAN I did one of your 30 min hitt/ab videos today. I really like the percentage meter at the bottom. At first I was like ugh, only 38 percent done?! But when I was tired AF and that hit 90 I got pumped flew through the rest and did another 10 mins of my own stuff after. Today was a “light” day and I feel frickin awesome. U really mix it up and get right to the point. Great job and thank you

Yo Dan! I’ve been absolutely killing it with the shred program and can’t thank you enough for it 👊 There’s just one thing I’d like to point out: my dumbbells (and probably those from other viewers) are the sort where you’ve got to disassemble the weights to get another weight. This makes the time between workouts longer, and sometimes it’s quite a hassle to keep changing them. It hasn’t been a big problem, at all - but could you cluster the exercises with each different weighted dumbbells? It would make a world of difference for the flow of the workout for many viewers :) Thanks again mate, you’re the best!

I’ve got the same problem! It’s not that big of a deal but it makes me take longer breaks between each exercises. And sometimes, because I’m fed with adjusting the weights, I push myself to do some exercises with weights to heavy for me and it almost led me to injure myself. That’s on me though.

Day 20 done, Ohhh I am drenched in sweat my heart is still beating faster, Full body hitt workout that too with weights whew man, This was so tough, I had to grab an extra few breaths n breaks in between , and it's been a long time since we did weights, Thanks mate for pushing us through limits 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Gonna have some beer🍺cheers🍺
