considering ds3 was the first ever dead space game i played, it has always held a place in my heart. that being said, it isn't the best, but i will always have fond memories of playing co-op with my mate from school.

The plot of Dead Space 3 was ultimately what ruined it for me. I wanted so much to give it a chance even though I wasn't a fan of the gameplay, but as the story unfolded, I just couldn't do it. None of it made sense, and it lost all of the heart and uniqueness of Dead Space 1 & 2.

My only hopes at this point is either Dead Space 2 Remake happens and concludes the franchise for good or we get Dead Space 3 Remake, we get Carver back but everything else, from the ground up, is reworked completely; new story, new weapons, new everything. And fuck the Brethren Moons. Just make it about Isaac and Carver going on a spooky adventure on another planet with necromorphs that is about as low-key as the Ishimura but edges them ever closer to the answers they want regarding the necromorphs at the cost of a bit more sanity. Otherwise, it's gonna be thoroughly, undoubtably, demonstrably dogshit.

The music and the overall scene at 34:00 mark of the video, always gives me goosebumps! That scene is one of the best, and well acted scenes in the whole trilogy.

This game... I attempted it on Playstation 3 in 2019, and it sucked big time. It really was a franchise selling its soul, resulting in a generic third-person shooter with a retcon-laden story. Between Earthgov being posed as the last hope to take down the markers when EVERY PRIOR ENTRY, GAME, COMIC AND ANIMATED FILM INCLUDED made it clear they were extremely unreliable, the Unitologists becoming a paramilitary organisation lead by a James Bond villain (Davik), the universal ammo and cover-based shootouts, and outright *ripping off the Las Plagas from Resident Evil 4* for its new Necromorph enemies, Dead Space 3 is a disappointment in every sense of the word. I HATE that they also made a DLC that rendered everything all for naught by having the Brethren Moons invade Earth, but after everything Visceral went through, I can't blame them for doing it. When your baby was mutilated beyond repair to chase trends and go mainstream, I guess there's no other option left but to break out the flamethrower and set fire to the wretched remains. Depressing stuff. THANKFULLY, in 2021, EA announced a remake of Dead Space 1 to everyone's surprise. The game would be developed by EA Motive, and the studio included many fans of the original games. And now, ten years after 3 ruined everything... I don't care WHAT you say. I definitely don't care what Anti-SJWs say, and I don't care what purists say. If they decide either to follow up the Awakened cliffhanger with a Dead Space 4, or remake Extraction in the style of the Dead Space remake... We are in good hands. *BEST GAME OF THE YEAR SO FAR!!!!!*

About your max payne review its a Very bad review you didnt play higher difficultys like hardcore all your gameplay footage is just hiding behind cover and taking damage while trying to kill enemys you have to think before shootdoging or using bullet time in order to not take damage you have to move roll shootdoge and use bullet time effectively in the other 2 max paynes they are just piss easy even the higher difficulty you had so much bullet time no need skill just use bullet time and kill all enemies like that you didnt even need shootdodge and if you wanted to shootdodge you just press the button no need to worry where to shootdodge and no skill involved besides aiming how is that good game design as someone who finished no damage runs and no bullet time runs in mp3 you really are just bad at the game you just want to run around enemies like the older games without rolling without skill involved move in one direction and aim and they cant shoot you while running which makes it even easier in mp3 you need to move aim shoot without bullet time gain bullet time roll enable bullet time kill shootdodge into a cover while trying to get kills stay in cover for 2 secs to see what you gonna do next without taking damage because if you stay in cover and try to get kills from there you are gonna get damaged and also if you dont want to use last man standing why dont you play old school difficulty its just the hard difficulty without last man standing or whatever its called i personally play hardcore and when i am in last man standing i restart the checkpoint why you dont do that is it that hard maybe for you go watch someone good play the game then come back to mp3 the 2 older games are outdated they are easy as fuck you just run horizontal and shoot while in almost infinite bullet time its repetitive and boring having limited weapons is better for the challenge example if you want to get bullet time you need to kill someone without it so a rifle is better for hitting someone on the head while running and its harder to aim so you spray towards his head, with a shotgun you running and shoot him in his chest while on the run if he has a vest its not guaranteed kill and if you miss with a shotgun you take damage each weapon has a purpose you need to think what weapon you get before the next fight now about the movement its good it doesn't need to be that fast because it would just be easy like in the old games where you just run horizontal and you dont take damage now in mp3 you need to roll use bullet time to avoid damage and shootdodge to get out of danger the only problem is sometimes max does an extra step and it can mess with your aiming but if you play enough you know how to avoid it but its still is a problem the "wall hacking" thing is a huge flaw i did use for some period but i stopped its not fun and i hope it was not in the game now about the cutscenes the game has chapter select there you can select checkpoints all chapters first encounter start at 2 checkpoint if you wanted to replay to the gsme you could just use that rockstar knew the cutscenes are a problem so they added that why you didnt use it i dont understand also you are on pc why didnt you download the mod that you can skip all cutscenes? Now about the story you really think that a person that a wife and a kid and he was living the american dream would just be okay with their deaths because he started loving other women and how was he okay with the death of another woman he loved he might be okay for a few months but no he would just fall to the lowest point after in max payne 3 after he got to brazil and some events happend he felt responsible for being drunk and letting fabiana get kidnapped and after some other events another woman(fabiana) died he wanted to save then he saved giovan he stopped human organs trafficking he wanted justice because it was what he wanted to do his motivation to live he saved the girl and other people too and he walked of the sunset he stoped being an addict he changed he finally accepted their death his wife, kid and mona a happy ending rockstar handled the character very well but most max payne 1 and 2 fans did not aprieciate because it wasnt noir style and max wasnt monotone the whole game the performance of james was perfect also how is doom 3 a doom game and max payne 3 isnt a max payne game doom 3 is a good game but its not at all a doom game, max payne 3 has all the stuff from the originals improved upon and more new stuff that add more depth to the gameplay really weird.
