I mean what I show in the video pretty much is it. I roll out for 5 minutes or so, then start working. Sometimes do some light stationary biking for a couple minutes.

This is what I do too. I used to do 20-30 minutes of foam roll work and stretches and I found it started fatiguing me more. Started doing just barbell complexes and hip circle for 5 minutes then just did the movement. I saw a big improvement in everything

Strongman really is 3 workouts per workout First one is setting up the event, second is actually training and third is putting everything away

I do one side carries, it has found muscles that I didn't know existed. One side is a bit easier, all you need is a big kettle bell.

You have to get a training crew for strongman event days! Some of this stuff the set up and tear down is just too much for optimal event training. Training with a crew is a lot of the fun in strongman!
