As a young African-American, I’ve always tried to ignore our history and give people the benefit of the doubt. just gave me a lot of perspective I have never heard of any of my history classes ever before. I know this was only a brief skimming of our history… But it made me want to look into it more. The way you are so passionate and knowledgeable about it is always a great thing to see. I think if you started a KZfaq channel going over Black history topics, it would be extremely beneficial to many people! Thank you again 🙏

There is more American history in this video than there is in our rapidly dwindling public education system and it's bittersweet as h3ll. I'm glad to hear Jovan talk about it because that's a young person who knows it, but I'm saddened by the fact that people have to learn about systemic issues this way.

I know its hard af but try not to be so triggered, most of these believe that believe that bs are raised w stereotypical racist/stereotypical parents or family members and have these dumb ideas engrained in them.
