I tried it and it makes you feel energetic and less boated. I recommend a detox every few months 😊 Along a healthy diet and exercise

@@johannaybarra2563 I’ve been drinking this pretty heavily with little breaks. I can tell you that the parasites inside my body are not happy now. I did have a day where I was super fatigued die to herx affects but I recognized what was going on. I also add turmeric for inflammation. Going to do it again.

There's Nothing wrong with adding pineapple core! That's the fibre dense part of the fruit!... It's a shame people waste that!
