Paxton and Devi are the definition of right person, wrong time. Now that Devi has grown up and developed and Paxton has too, I hope they can rekindle their relationship in s4 cuz i ship them

I think Paxton loved Devi more than Devi loved him. When he started dating another girl he was so worried about her and always found a reason to talk/ask about her to Ben, Eleanor and Fabiola. He was always watching what she was doing all year long. Devi was distracted by Des but he was paying attention to everything she did. At the hospital he talked to Ben about her he wanted that same connection with Devi. That intelligent connection. He was super jealous of Ben because of that. He was also jealous of the new boyfriend and the stuff she was doing with him. Even when he was with that girl he wanted to do stuff with her that he did with Devi. He unconsciously missed that feeling Devi gave him. She challenged him and he desired that in the new girlfriend but she could never compete to Devi. When he made that speech he made it thinking about her. She was part of that speech. She was a major part of his growth. He was always thinking of her in one way or another. She was his everything and it sucks they didn’t end the season together. I hope Daxton is end game because it would be sad they don’t end up together.

guys I still somehow believe daxton is endgame I mean paxton will definitely be in s4 (it’s confirmed) and to me it’s clear they have unfinished business. you can tell that paxton still has feelings for devi and the only thing that stopped their relationship was devi’s insecurities which she has now overcome :)

Team Daxton, Paxton has grown, Ben has to grow, and is low-key narcissistic. Quite frankly, the only reason Ben is even starting to unpack his baggage is because of reassurance from Paxton (and his dad). Paxton has been there for Ben, Fabiola, Trent, Eleanor, everybody, and he chooses to get better, face his mistakes, and develop because of her and for her. He cherishes Devi. They have both been a necessary rock for each other, and his appreciation for her shows through his actions. Paxton got a lot of hate for being with her, he was also humiliated by her, but he was willing to risk his popularity and friendships for her. He always put her above everyone, he changed for her, he never put her down and he never let her put herself down. There was nothing he wasn't willing to do for her because he valued how positive an impact she had on his life. Be more romantic (check), take it slow (check). Even after they broke up, he was always mindful of her and her feelings. Meanwhile Ben had a girlfriend he two-timed for Devi, then he went with Aneesa (somewhat to spite her) and even though he wanted Devi he never had the balls to risk it all for her. He would probably still be with Aneesa, if Aneesa didn't end it for him. Ben undoubtedly likes her, the ashes thing was absolutely amazing of him, and he has always been in her corner, but none of that strikes me as different from what her friends would do. He has never really sacrificed for Devi or improved for her and all his annoying traits that turned her off are still there. Honestly speaking, Ben is the safe choice. Paxton was right, she didn't rate herself highly enough to see him as more than a fantasy, and because of that she hasn't recognized that s3 Paxton was an amazing partner who had body, brains, a big heart and a great personality and he's still improving.

I really wanted them to end up together :(( they both grew so much....such evolution happened in their characters...it was right when paxton told devi that he wouldn't be able to love her until she loved herself but after she did gain confidence in herself i really hoped they would go back to each other because it seemed like they were right for each other but then again their timing failed a lot of times.honestly i don't think paxton was ever happy in any of his relationships but with devi he seemed to be the happiest, the most real, genuine and she was able to bring out the good, the potential in him

I honestly think they’re not done yet, and will be endgame. I mean, paxton has been there for her since the beginning and always has cared for her even before they kissed. Now that he has had this amazing development and Devi realized he’s not just a dream anymore I hope they can have a better chance, if not what we’re those little moments after they broke up for? Also wanted to mention the fact that she couldn’t stand to see him with someone else but she was just annoyed about Ben and Aneesa together.

Its so obvious he still has feelings for her. I dont blame him. He didnt break up with her for him but for her. Who knows what season 4 will bring but I find it hard to believe Mindy would put those post-breakup moments and not carry it into the next season.

paxton and devi are just meant for each other. i knew it since she stood up from her wheel chair just because she was seeing him. they always had a connection that helped them both to grow and be the best person they could be. obviously it wasn’t always easy because their friends, the school and even family effected them a lot but they always challenged each other which wasn’t easy but was what they needed. des showed devi something, ben and her obviously have and had a chemistry going on but no one i‘m telling you has that much of a deep connection, challenging self and amazing chemistry like devi and paxton together. they complete each other in the best possible way. that’s why i‘m hoping from heart that S4 will show their last and forever holding light because these two truly deserve it.

This show is brilliant. It’s realistic. It makes sense that Paxton and Devi would never be together long term. Paxton will grow up in college and once Devi gets in she will too. Maybe she will be with Ben but not if they go to separate colleges

I found Devi's character extremely annoying, she never once considered anyone's feeling. And before I get attacked, my dad died, so if anyone can relate to her character its me. The fact that she made her mom feel guilty for not being the one to pass away, the fact that she always put her friends in situations where they never felt important to her, the fact that Paxton was always second her and the amount of shit she put him through, and it always ended with a half ass apology from her and using her dads death as an excuse. I watched this show because I heard nothing but amazing things about it, and I am invested in the story line which is why I keep watching, but all this edit showed me, it was beautifully done by the way, but all it showed was how right I am about Devi. Loosing a father is a feeling I can't even describe, but it's not a excuse to be a shitty person.
