This ended up being exactly what I wanted. kzfaq.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 I get the flexibility of multiple dumbbells without taking up the space of a whole set. I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.

Should you be good at doing burpees before trying this exercise or just Do It? My instinct would be just Do it and I'll get better and more familiar w it
@hicksonff34593 жыл бұрын
I find it actually helps your burpee because it gives you an anchor and then a weight to throw up over your head. Perfect form burpees every time I do these.
@sn411752 жыл бұрын
It’s better to do it. I did it first with light weight just to perform with good technique to make sure I’m doing it right and not injure myself and now I have no problems doing this. It’s a great workout I love this. This has helped me along with other CrossFit workouts to get in better shape for jiujitsu.

What is the best reps count for beginners
@johnnfrancis11 ай бұрын
It’ll be subjective. And always based on your ability. For example: I might do 10 reps but Rich Froning or Mat Fraser might do 20+. Decide to push yourself and find the # that works best for you.

@prsallday2 жыл бұрын
You may use what every weight you like pending on the particular stimulus you're looking for. Light for big sets, or heavy for small sets. All that matters is that you are able to maintain safe and proper mechanics.

I think because when your arms reach the top with the weight they go into a horn-type pose. So two horns looks like a devil. And it sounds cooler than goat/ram/bull press. Well, bull press sounds kinda cool.

Black Six, just without the squat.
@victorruizmartin62123 жыл бұрын
Devil press is burpee + dumbbell snatch, while man-maker is more like a burpee + dumbbell thruster. So man-makers are even more killers, at least in my opinion xD

…. So people do burpees wrong enough to hurt themselves…. Let’s just level it up so they annihilate their spine….. and shoulders 😮😂 oooooh Lord 😈
@binyamshoa5929Ай бұрын
I'd never recommend this very dangerous exercise form, for the particular reason burpees is an endurance sport, we're all likely to make serious mistakes once we tire, leading to a severe back injury because of this form... Burpees is difficult enough on its own without adding weights to it.
