My wife has stiffness & painful tingling in her feet to to Diabetes she got from bad medications . I massage her feet about twice a week , I also pull below her knee down to her feet to try to increase blood flow . She loves it & walks on clouds instantly ! I hope it's ok to pull blood down to feet like that . She loves it ! Nice vid . Every one should get their feet massage even if they are not sick . It's great !

Thoughts on this for a diabetic with inactive Charcot foot. No reconstruction surgery. Just a bone shaving of the navicular to improve rocker bottom. Safe or not? Thank you

Feet may represent organs under our torso. (pancreas, stomach, intestine, kidney, liver..) Our hands, fingers, palms and upper part of our hands may represent our lungs. What I mean by representation is that the hands and feet are directly connected to our internal organs. Intra-wrist and wrist region (upper wrist region) may be connected with the heart. Massage to these areas can increase blood circulation in the organs to which it is connected, revitalize the organs to which it is connected, and ensure the regular functioning of the internal organs. Black seed oil, sesame oil and olive oil can be used for massage. In diabetes, the pancreas cannot do its job. The pancreas can be revitalized and the intestines can be made functional by massaging the underfoot and upper foot area regularly. Thanks to the arteries in the wrist, we can listen to the heartbeat. This feature makes it logical that the inside of the wrist is directly connected with the heart. The bronchi inside the lungs are similar in appearance to our open and tense fingers. If you open your arms to the side to form a vertical line, you will see that your fingers are parallel to the bronchi. Think of your palm as a lung. When you clasp your wrists and spread your fingers outstretched, your pulse will beat in the middle of both palms. In the middle of your right and left lungs is the heart. Your hands draw a direct line with your linked arms towards your lungs and heart. That is, the hand, arm, lungs and heart are on the same line. Your feet are directly connected to the body. Walking and jogging are recommended for intestinal health. So your feet are linked to your gut motility and health. As for the heart valve issue. . Make a fist with your hand. Assume that the top of your fist is the top of your heart. Massaging this upper area with blows can increase blood circulation in the upper part of the heart. Opening and closing the hands, making fists can be a good exercise for the heart. Or clapping the palms together can be a good exercise for both the heart and lungs.

Just came across this video, two months post OP, great toe removal. I'm wondering if these exercises can be done on the foot after partial amputation?
@carlingriffen410210 ай бұрын
Hi, I just want to clarify that I am not a medical expert, but I can speak from experience. It is okay for you to do the massages after partial amputation, just as long as you are doing it at a pressure that is comfortable for you. Continuing to massage your feet can help decrease the chances of having to amputate more toes or even the foot. Hope this helps!

I had to go through chemo and while I was going through chemo, I developed neuropathy in my feet and hands, but also had just been diagnosed and given metformin for prediabetes. I had never had any problem with my hands and feet prior to chemo. So I’m always confused as to whether, this neuropathy is totally due to the chemo or is it because of pre-diabetes?

UNBELIEVABLE!. 10 years+ a type 1 diabetic and NOBODY ever told me how to treat my neuropathy. Just because I had an interest in massage I ended up purchasing a foot massager that has saved me a lot of trouble. My feet look great but not thanks to those "TOOLS" I have met labelled as GPs or diabetic nurses. Great video to start, but it should be shown to those who deal with diabetic patients. If I want something done, has to be done privately. You get what you pay for, go to NHS!.🤣 I love foot and full body massage. Imagine a partner that helps you relieve pain...just my luck!. My partner is allergic to massage, if I want one I have to pay for it. "QUEL DOMMAGE".

There is a universal tendency to call this "Diabetic Neuropathy" when a large minority or more cases are actually VASCULAR INSUFFICIENCY caused by blood, position, lack of exercise, and chronic debilitation - that can be corrected. Of course pay attention to your diet and don't make the food mistakes that drives diabetes. But the diseases are distinct. It wouldn't surprise me to discover that MD's use this term in order to avoid difficult questions and blame and otherwise "professionally manage" the patient. OGG MAMN DOCOS

More like massage than Reflexology, but I guess that's how it goes these days.
