So I started lifting weights and I started having pain in my forearm. How long does it take to heal? It’s been almost 2 months having this pain .

Wow. I can’t thank you enough. For years I couldn’t bend my wrist forward without my hands going numb. Instant relief. Diagnosed with carpal tunnel and this seems to help tremendously

Can this cause symptoms of carpal tunnel? My forearms are so tight that it hurts, I also have carpal tunnel syndrome. Only 25 years old

I live in Lawrenceville, GA. Do you know anyone in this area who can do this therapy on my wrist. I am not able to do it myself.

Can you show some exercises that I can do on myself?

Are there any tests or parameters after the massage treatment? What i meant is , how would someone know that after the massage the patient or the athlete is okay or recover?

Excellent Video and information. LOL.... I've seen so many therapists say you shouldn't ever have the patient c/o pain during tx. Ive found that doesn't work :) When I personally went to the chrio for arm pain, he used active release, and I was better instantly from nerve pain acquired during moving. It hurt like hell, but I was instantly better. I use it on my patients, and most the time they gain ROM and at least 50% or more pain reduction. I wish the surgeons would listen to people like you because sometimes, they just don't have a clue.

I agree, and this is a great demonstration and visuals. I have also found that all the coracoid process muscles can be injured, tight, scar tissue, etc. After the tissue is addressed, I love eccentric lengthening exercises.

I think this is the condition I have, but I don’t feel the pain anymore between the 3rd and 4th toes, but now the big and 2nd toe. I still feel the pain at the ball of my left foot, but is the shifting of pains location a normal occurrence?

I just received new orthotics and after seeing your video, I think you are saying that it would be a benefit to not wear my orthotics all the time.

Also known as mommy’s thumb and is vastly under diagnosed in pregnancy and post pregnancy. It’s also often misdiagnosed as carpal tunnel

This is good information, the sad fact is if you don't have someone to help massage you, you won't really get anywhere. Having NO1 and being very skinny it is hard to do these efficiently sadly 😢

Great job in showing how to relieve arch pain. I recently had ankle fusion surgery and TAR due to an injury 12 years ago and my arch on the operated foot became flat and noticeably much flatter than the other foot with now having pain in arch and heel. I’ll try your massages. Thanks for the demonstration!!
