In this episode, we are using lots of parts from our Christmas tree to eat, and show you how to collect the inner bark from the tree. We make some tea out of the spruce tree needles and bake out of the inner bark ( turning it into flour ) a spruce tree bread.

500 ml water
3 cups bread flour
1 cup spruce inner bark flour
20 gram active dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
