Personally I’m going heavy on Vici as I feel of the 3, they have the most short term potential, o as well but feel it will take more time to bounce back, plus the cagr is much less. ADC is a good call too, but much lower on my list! Best of luck!! 💪

Vici is such a strong REIT! the way they structure their leases are big for helping them through any type environment

I agree! VICI is the best value in the market right now. The Athletics will be moving in and the NBA will have a basketball team there someday. Most expensive football tickets are the Raiders home games. The demand is there and there is no reason for it to slow down.

When you look at that numbers for this company, even through the pandemic, it stays smelling of roses, so is the only factor that is keeping down its share price is the interest rates🤔

I’ve got around 4-5 shares of vici in my Roth IRA and I see myself adding more to it! Let’s be honest the gambling industry isn’t going anywhere, and as popular as Vegas is I don’t see tourism for them going down! Plus who doesn’t want to own a piece of the gambling industry 🤷🏻‍♂️😂

unfortunately it is not the best opportunity, I try not to think about the thousands of percentage gains provided by the options chain every single day. But they happen.
