Murukku
Raw rice powder 400gms
Urad dal 100gms
Butter 20 gms
Red chili powder 1/2tsp
Jeera 1tsp
Salt as per taste
Asafoetida 2 pinch
Oil for deep frying
Thattai
Idli rice 400gms
urad dal 100gms
Butter 20-25 gms
Bengal gram dal 1 tbsp
Red chili 4 - 5 nos.
Jeera 1 tsp
Chopped curry leaves 4 strings
Asafoetida 2 pinch
Salt as per taste
Oil for deep frying
