Chris, Doug, and Mike: I have been watching this show for the last year and love it. The complaints I have seen, even the one below me, are flippant at best. You guys have your own flavor to the show and I love the humor. It differentiates. Obviously Klokov is sick of those questions and I am more interested in getting to know him as a person... which is what you accomplished. I have more respect for this athlete now. There are plenty of gems in there if you aren't concerned with programming you will never do or whether or not he is on trend.

i started crossfit at 15, im 17 turning 18 now and really wish i started olympic lifting much sooner. im just starting to get into it now, and klokov is my inspiration. i hope one day ill get up there in weight, especially with what im lifting now, with only a couple years experience with olympic lifting, i think ill get there.
