Ich nehme mir gern diese Videos zur Hilfe um meine Workouts zu machen... Bitte aber mehr Videos mit Training im Stehen... Jetzt mache ich immer mit bis zu den liegenden Übungen und dann das nächste Video bis zu den liegenden Übungen usw. Bis ich auf 30-40 Minuten Training komme...

Vielen Dank für dein Feedback! Es freut mich sehr zu hören, dass dir meine Videos bei deinen Workouts helfen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall versuchen, mehr Videos mit Übungen im Stehen zu machen, damit du dein Training noch abwechslungsreicher gestalten kannst. Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass es etwas mühsam ist, immer zwischen den liegenden und stehenden Übungen hin- und herzuschalten. Ich werde mich bemühen, zukünftig längere Videos mit ausschließlich stehenden Übungen zu produzieren, damit du dein Training in einem durchgehenden Ablauf absolvieren kannst. Vielen Dank noch
