Stumbled across your video and subbed at 2nd exercise. Broke my neck in a car accident,guy t-boned my truck,had 3 surgeries and spent 3months in the hospital. Been looking for some new low impact moves. I've been working out since I was 12. Can't go heavy anymore, glad I found your channel

Too fat. Doing push ups are good enough with more water, fibre, lean protein and less carb. Once the fat level in abdomen goes below a certain threshold, then sculpting can begin. Crunches and targeted exercises are not good enough to get six pack. Reality is to burn fat by exercise more and eating less. Military training is probably better.
