If y’all don’t have the app, you are definitely missing out. It’s soooo worth it! I absolutely love it! He is truly dedicated to changing lives. He works harder than the dad on “Everybody hates Chris” lol and the customer service is amazing. I never get ignored. I really don’t think he sleeps😂

Thank you so much i have been working out to your videos almost everyday for the last 65 days. Along with dieting and changing my mindset to just be overall healthier in all aspects of life, im down from 356lbs (10/31) to 319lbs(1/4) with another 3-5 loss by tomorrow (1/5). My target is hopefully to get 250-280 by the end of April. I really appreciate your enthusiasm, energy, and encouragement in the videos. I also have the app and will be getting better acquainted it in the next couple of weeks. Keep at it! I pray God takes you as far as you want, and that everything you desire for yourself and those around you manifest in God's time. 👊🏾

My husband wont let me pay for the app 💔 but I love your workouts I do them everyday! I was having such a bad day then saw you posted a new workout... I needed this today thank you!! Wish I was there in person I'm in upstate NY, sometimes I like to make it more spicy adding resistance bands or weights. Thank you for the videos such a huge fan!!

I just got done doing this workout and child I feel damn good! 😌💁🏽‍♀️💪🏽 I’ll definitely be doing this 10 day challenge! If it works out I’ll be getting the app. So far so good though. I’ve been watching from the couch but today I decided to join in. So glad I did! You guys ROCK!

Stepped away a few days and came back to viewing and I noticed coach short stuff has physically improved, great ! Coach short stuff, nick name I gave. O yeah the cardio energy with you guys is off the register scale, envy will not help me but go at my own pace , 90 minute cardio, right now I'm 63 years old and I still say Richard Simmons nor ti boe got anything on you . 45 mins in. I couldn't go on, I was spent. A balk of energy. Inove the workouts for sure. This is my 3rd of yoit workouts this week. Coming back to fitness after 2 months hiatus

First time seeing this page and am done for! Its mad intense . I love it here. I thought I was fit😅damn ! I love the energy. One critic though,,, there's a bit too much noise, maybe tone down the music,or the hyping , or opt for different music,,,so much was happening in the video. Its my POV though.
