May the Lord return soon! Amen. God is merciful. He always forgives. Never be ashamed to take your failures to him. He is for you, not against you! God is with you in the storm. He knows your troubles, he hears you! He is for you, on your side, always! It may feel silent at times, but he’s holding you close! May the Lord return soon! We are drawing closer. He is coming! Believe and trust in the Lord, you will be saved. Period. May the Lord bless you all! Hang in there family. Stay strong. It is not easy following the Lord. We are scoffed at. We give up our earthly dreams, our fleshly desires. What the enemy offers is short lived, but heaven is forever! Life may seem or be unfair, but God is with you! Always remember that. Things may get better or worse for you, but a kingdom awaits you! Finish the race! Repent daily and carry your cross. This world is fading fast. Your troubles are temporary! New channel here, I’d appreciate any kind of support. Don’t give up! God loves you so much! So do I. The Lord bless you!

Thank you for this; a friend and I were talking about this a few months ago. It was related to money and the potential misplaced desire for it. We were confused about testing vs being tempted. It's just another confirmation for me as to why it's so important for us to read and study the bible with help, but also for ourselves in our own personal study.

@@Benjamin-un1wl Romans 109 because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. 11 For the Scripture says, “Everyone who believes in him will not be put to shame.”

"And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one." Matthew 6:13 God does not contradict Himself and temptation can then be understood as a "testing" that you are guaranteed to fail and refers to a state of being in temptation and not the act of being tempted trivially, and Jesus asks God for our protection from "evil" people who are acting on Satan's influence and not under God's omnipotence, for us to stay clear of the devils' traps in the fist place and to take Satan out of the equation on our behalf when we are not able to do so on our own - divine intervention. Temptation itself is thus not from God at all but from the evil one and Jesus shows us what our attitude towards it should be 🤘💙 🙏 "Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one." ❤

@@Benjamin-un1wl believe and confess Jesus Christ as your savior, admitting that you are a sinner apart from him and that He alone is capable of saving you. after that i’d say simply live each day being guided and sanctified by the Holy Spirit and obeying God’s Word ❤️ if you’re still confused just honestly pray to God to open your eyes and read read read the Bible 🙏🏼 God bless you on this journey and remember that just because you’re willing to follow the Lord now you won’t be exempt of going through hard moments

@@Benjamin-un1wl I’d say yes since the Bible says “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” in Acts 17:30 but if you don’t think you need to i’d strongly recommend you read the gospels and ask the Lord to help you understand.

@@Benjamin-un1wl Jesus was crucified to save you from your sins. You sinned against God but instead of punishing you he punished His Son. Now you have FULL Access to God for everything. And all the blessing of heaven are yours to Access. He loves you, he likes you, he wants to be with you and talk to you and have fellowship with you. All of this is simply receive by believing God. You must repent. Change your life according to the truth I just shared with you. God is not mad at you anymore. You can start talking to Him now and he will answer. After you repent, get baptized in the name of Jesus for the remiting of your sins. Then you will receive God's Spirit His Spirit will be with you always, teach you all things and transform you to be like Jesus.

According to Piper God might not "temp" us to sin but He does "decrees" us to sin. God is actually the Author of our sins. God the Author of Evils "From this it is easy to conclude how foolish and frail is the support of divine justice afforded by the suggestion that evils come to be not by [God’s] will, but merely by his permission. Of course, so far as they are evils, which men perpetrate with their evil mind, as I shall show in greater detail shortly, I admit that they are not pleasing to God. But it is a quite frivolous refuge to say that God permits them, when Scripture shows Him not only willing but the author of them.” (John Calvin, The Eternal Predestination of God, 176).

@@Benjamin-un1wl, thanks for your response and question. Do not covet (Exodus 20:17). Keeping the LORD's Tenth Commandment is all you need to do for salvation. And what does this entail? It means the appearance is not to influence your judgment (John 7:24). Do not allow what you see to faze you. Do not measure or evaluate a person on what they own. Even more, keeping the LORD’s Tenth Commandment (Exodus 20:17) is the key to Eternal Life. If you keep His Tenth Commandment, you'll remain steadfast in keeping the other nine. But what’s meant by “keeping” is that you renew your walk in the LORD by holding to His commandments. You undergo a “renewal” by calling the LORD’s commandment into remembrance every time you need to garner the strength to resist lusting after what you see. Doing so, you renew your strength and walking assurance in the LORD. The same serves as the end to eternal life. By keeping His commandments, you open yourself to the LORD’s Promise (John 14:23). Whereby, you’ll find the LORD and God, the Son and the FATHER having made your house their home as their presences fill your home.

@@Benjamin-un1wl your question is troubling. No, you do not have to profess Jesus for salvation. There may be someone someplace who teaches the truths you find resonating in Scripture. But there's only one who grants us the assurance that he embodies those truths. There's a difference between speaking a truth apart from walking in the truth. We resolve the former as an academic expression. We understand the latter as a man who founds his house on solid ground. If you choose to cleave to another as your Lord. You take on the heftiest of challenges to find that person who lives the truths that he preaches. And when it comes to those truths, they’re in harmony with what you find in Jesus. But I ask, why seek after a makeshift "Lord"? Makeshift, in that this “Lord” remains unproven. Why choose what is “makeshift” when you have every opportunity to come to Him who is the LORD? I know this church is our greatest threat to walking in the LORD’s Light. She affects herself as our bulwark, in that she declares Jesus is God. By this declaration, she makes your entrance into the LORD's Promise (John 14:23) impossible. Where in John 14:23, Jesus reveals there are two, Son and FATHER, LORD and God. By declaring “Jesus is God,” we come face to face with our wall. In that, this church infers there’s only this “trinitarian” one-confusion. What this means is that you've never had the chance to enter the Light that is Jesus. So, for me, your question is troubling. But you should understand what confronts you whether you choose Jesus or another Lord. Jesus makes us aware that He will have the final say. Whether a man accepts or rejects Jesus. Jesus makes us aware that, in time, all men shall see Him again. But next time they shall see him "face to face," in that, it is the "word" Jesus spoke that shall serve as the final judge (John 12:48). So, if you choose another as your Lord. Your infernal challenge is to find that person or people who embody truth as we find in Jesus. For me, I follow the reasoning that it is better to hold to what's in hand than to chase what's hiding in the bush. If it needs the bush for shielding, then it is not of truth. And therefore, it is not of Jesus. But the choice remains yours.
