I have hypothyroidism and am having a hard time losing weight. My thyroid is high at the moment which is partly why im having trouble losing weight. I am enjoying your videos though. I feel like ive toned and lost weight on my sides but thats it so far. Ive been doing this for 2 months now. Only lost 1 lb. I have a restricted diet so i already eat healthy. Any advice would be amazing. Thank you for all your videos. ❤

I have hypothyroidism to because of radio active done to my thyroid. It's been more difficult to keep my weight down. But I'm thankful they have these exercises to help with weight loss.

Aap apni diet mein maida , biscuit, yavjo bhi market mein available hai, use khana chod de, aur ghar ka bana khana khaye , salad , sprout , paneer jyada se jyada khaye , aap ka fat jaroor kum hoga , market ki koi bhi bani cheeze na khyne, healthy khana khaye, definitely apka weight kum hoga
