you could add pegs to the back axle hub so that when it tips over it doesn’t crush the air filter or pulleys on opposing side

I'm a small engine mechanic. The "check valve" looks like a fuel filter used on a lot of Stihl brand outdoor power equipment machines

Did the motor swap bolt right in to the frame or did you drill it or a new plate

Just got a db30 frame out of the rafters at the shop. Stock red with all the stickers on it. Put a new predator ghost on it. She's mean.

Yes had to shave the rear side down to clear frame

@@nonexistent5819 probably gopowersports one; centre outlet you can get them off Amazon - but run a liile glass pack muffler with it.I'd make you one but I've recently had a massive stroke@ 57 & used to export headers to the UK Classic Car market etc.Cheers Trev New Zealand (Home of the world's fastest old Indian) try running a Supertrapp muffler if you can afford a basic bike model: they are tunable for more or less torque & HP & noise.I go back to the 1960's & '70's with Karts & original tube frame industrial engined Minibikes.

No I used a #35 chain. I keep chain tension by sliding engine forward.

@@meekfreak28 I wasn't happy with no tension-er ,chain was still sloppy with moved up engine. innovated one in there with a good tension spring and it works well.

Mount the tank in top, or get an aftermarket moped gas tank. It would look a lot better, and easier to put gas in.

Yours was worse than ours. Ours came with brakes a rear tire brakes a rip string an engine not even all of it a clutch thing a button starter for saftey or somethin like that. It didn’t come with a bit of the engine the front tire and axle and no air in the back tire. Good thing is it came with the chain.

Yes. Have to notch the rear of converter plate to clear the frame

I'm doing a no mod. Also, you can find a 30 series "flat" plate on ombwarehouse.com for $99. It might be another option for situations similar to this!

I used a mount plate under the engine and notched out the 4 torque converter mounting holes and made them oblong so the plate could swing up counter clock wise ,then tightened the plate to the engine and everything fit well.ALSO grinded off a part of the back of this plate to keep it from hitting the engine.
