A Potting Bench is a great place to work and an excellent way to keep all your gardening supplies neat and organized. In this series Steve uses construction and trim grade cedar lumber to build a highly functional and beautiful outdoor garden potting bench.
Part 5 is the wrap-up to this series. In this video Steve constructs the lower storage shelf and adds some nice decorative touches to the potting bench.

Great video's Steve, as your KZfaq title says it, down to earth woodworker.. Your way of talking about your projects make it very easy to follow you on building a project, you make us the KZfaq viewer part of the project being built. Great looking bench. Two things I would add. Another horizontal board Midway up the seat back to break.up that space and to give your back more support when sitting, and on the bottom shelf, add an upright piece of material to the back to keep things from falling off. Great series.

Steve you did a great job on that potting bench. thank you for all your videos, When you are building a cabinet you double up the base. For the sides and the back do you put a rabbit on the first layer of the base? Or do you rabbit the side into the base? thank you in advance and have a blessed day
