In this video I want to talk to you about the many benefits of bentonite clay. This clay has been used for thousands of years to support skin health, reduce inflammation, support digestive health, and detoxification. The reason clay is beneficial is because it absorbs toxins and bad bacteria. Some of the main benefits are:
1. Detoxification
2. Anti-inflammatory (Anti-aging/ supports skin health)
3. Supports the Digestive system
4. Natural Multi-Vitamin
Try consuming one teaspoon of clay a day and it will help your body reach its optimal level of health. For more information on bentonite clay, you can check out this article: draxe.com/10-bentonite-clay-be...

my girlfriend got me to put this stuff on my face yesterday and i was very skeptical. ive had eczema on my face for years and my skin has looked strait nasty. i put it on my face for 20 minutes and before i took it off she was like its going to look great. i was like "whatever babe". i washed it off and i then stared at my skin for the next 5 minutes in awe. this stuff is amazing, my skin looks so healthy and clear.

Gnarly TEA TREE ESSENTIAL OIL is right -on. My son in love used to mock me because I always say use Tea Tree Oil. But he got a risen in his ear once, and asked me what it was. I said a risen, his next question was how to get rid of it. Of course I said TEA TREE. I swabbed his boil, and within 15 minutes it had come to a head, and I cleaned it, applied more TEA TREE ESSENTIAL OIL and before the evening there was no sign of any issue. So now WHO keeps a bottle of Tea Tree on hand is him. HAHAHAHAHA

Hi Dr. Axe: for the past week I have had viral pink eye and because I work at a hospital I have been at home after going to the ophthalmologist. For days I did not see any changes with the antibiotic drops until I tried yesterday Bentonite clay. It has cleared my eye and the right eye that was getting red, it’s back to normal. I put a paste on my eye and cover it for 20 minutes. My left eye is almost back to normal. I also use Colloidal Silver. I went and read your articles about pink eye and silver. Thanks for all your valuable information. I watch all your KZfaq videos and appreciate all the information. I thought I should share. Have a blessed day!

@patriciamattone5414

I woke up with a swollen eye pall, pain in my eye, scratch feel, tearing, and my eye lid was barely open, due to the swollen eye ball. It terrified me and I had just gone to my ophthalmologist the day before my left eye swelled. My doctor noticed a rash on my face which he misdiagnosed as some other type of rash, as did 2 other dermatologist. I read something on line about how to safely treat your infected eye without using antibiotics. I thoroughly washed my hands, face, and then counter top. I used a very clean 8 oz measuring cup and a clean tablespoon. I shook out 20 extra large sterile cotton balls on to the paper towel. You can use sterile vinyl gloves before you being treating your eye. I filled the measuring cup with 8 oz. of very warm clean water from my water dispenser. I pour one tablespoon of "Braggs Organic Apple Cider Vinegar" [ACV] into the 8 oz. cup of clean, very warm (almost hot) water. I laid out several clean - unadulterated paper towels. Then, I shook on to the paper towel about 20 extra large, sterile cotton balls. I put on my sterile gloves, grabbed 2 cotton balls (one in each hand) and dipped each into the cup of warm water and ACV mix. I took the soaked cotton balls and began to tap the entire lash line - starting from where the eyes are bridge of the nose. I continued, along the lash line to the outer part of your eyes (both at the same time). Make sure your lids are slightly open during the process so some ACV mixture gets into the both eyeballs. Then, discard both / used cotton balls and wash your hands. Started the process again with 2 new sterile cotton balls dipped int he ACV & Hot water mixture. Place each soaked cotton ball near the inner edge of the eyes - near the bridge of the eye and tap along the lash lines (at the same time) all the way out to the outer edge with the lids slightly open. Discard both used cotton balls, wash your hands and dry with clean paper towel. If your face is very wet, use the paper towel to pat excess water, as you do the process. Just repeat the process of treating each eye with a clean soaked sterile cotton ball from the bridge of the now to the other edge of your eyes. Discard the used cotton balls when you get to the outer portions of both eyes. Continue the process until all of the ACV & hot water mixture has been used. Then, close your eyes and splash some cool water on your face (including around your CLOSED eyes). Pat your face dry with a dry, clean paper towel. I did both eyes to protect the other eye from an infection. Repeat the treat about 3 or 4 x on Day 1. Started the process again, as soon as you get up on Day 2 and repeat the entire process 3 or 4x. I began to feel better after the first treatment of Day 1. I think the swelling and burning calmed down on Day 1. It worked like a miracle and I did not have to put harsh chemicals in my eyes. Several months later I returned to my alternative doctor and I told him about all the rashes I got for the previous 6 months, which appeared in all sorts of different types of rashes and it got worse and worse. He know exactly what it was (as he is very intuitive). It was the remnants of a virus that tormented me for 6 months. He treated me with lots of L-Lysine, Vit C, and Homeopathic Meds (and maybe other things, but I can not remember what they were). The virus calmed down and so did all my rashes. I use ACV for the rashes that pop up on my legs. It stops the rash from getting worse.

Lana Belton ..... He has some knowledge but he does give out a lot of "wrong information" calcium bentonite clay is not something that you would take as a "nutritional supplement" it actually pulls, not only heavy metals out of your system and toxins out of your system it depletes the minerals in your body so you must be taking a quality mineral supplement well before you take the calcium bentonite clay or at least two hours afterward not at the same time because the calcium bentonite clay will pull that out of your system I've taken this product many many many many times over the years and I find that it really pulls out minerals and that about 2 hours after I drink the drink my I start to "shake" because I'm so mineral depleted from taking this supplement Dr.Axe does not always give out the right information but a lot of it is accurate so everybody that watches these has to know that he's not exactly "right on" but he is ••somewhat right on in his videos

But , I tried not taking any supplements with it & I had no energy .I personally was taking the Magnesium Glycate , Viatamin D3 w/ K2 , & fish oil tablets while I was taking it for a detox. I cut all sugar out of my diet & drank lots of water to avoid getting dehydrated. I added Kombucha to my diet occasionally, although Kimchi & sourkraut have the same effects. Ate a banana for breakfast, skipped lunch & ate salad with spinach, fresh unsalted natural state cashews , blueberries, avacado , tomato’s, mushrooms , ground flax seed & a salad vinegrette dressing that had no sugar added w/ small pieces of meat ( skirt steak is great ) for dinner. Because your diet is an important part of the detox.

I have begun to consume calcium bentonite in the morning and evening, 1/2 Tbs mixed with one cup of water as a means to assist with detox for heavy metals. I am also taking 1 tsp of turmeric mixed with 2 Tbs apple cider vinegar, 1 Tbs lemon juice, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp stevia. My question is what are the contraindications of taking the calcium bentonite so close in time to the turmeric? What do you recommend? Currently, I take the calcium bentonite upon waking, wait about 30 minutes and then take the turmeric tonic. I take the second dose of calcium bentonite right before going to bed. Another question is if there are contraindications with magnesium therolate as I take that before going to bed too - could the clay interfere with its absorption? Thanks in advance.

@@Peace-on-earth771 I mean when your freezing and your whole body is shivering and your teeth start to chatter. That happened starting the third week. That means there must've been heavy metals or dead parasites, or something really nasty in my system and my body was getting rid of it.

I see many many soapers ( I was "almost" guilty myself) use bentonite clay in their hand made soaps because of its benefits, BUT a stick blender is used ( metal). I've researched and found it looses most of its toxin/oil pulling benefits once it's wet and comes in contact with metals.

i'd love to know if here is any scientific evidence to back claims like this up or if it's just an old wives tale. i've heard people also say clay has electrical charges and is magnetic etc as well (i held a magnet over mine and nothing happened) Not rubbishing what you said or anything but i'm a curious person and like science experiments that prove things by testing and measuring them in controlled environments.

@@ImTash I’m not sure scientifically how true it is but I will say from experience it has to be true. The last time (before tonight) I used the clay, I accidentally stirred it with a metal spoon when I mixed it and I didn’t feel really anything happen over 15-30 minutes. I actually followed the directions tonight and mixed it with a plastic spoon and my face was pulsing so hard I couldn’t let it sit longer than 12 minutes! I definitely felt a MAJOR difference and that was the only thing I had done differently between the two uses!

Ive been using it in homemade deodorant, as well as for tooth powder and it has worked really well for that.
