So I don't drink warm lemon water in the morning. I put the juice of a whole lemon in 40 oz of water and drink it throughout the day. Would this have the same benefits? Thank you for all you do. God bless!

Can you recommend a sweetener that’s not bad for the liver? You mentioned Splenda isn’t heathy. That’s what I use.

Ive tried different types of quality probiotics and acv tabs that did absolutely nothing to improve my health. As i can do it, im slowly getting some suppliments. Its a lot to remember to take. 😂

Make sure you are drinking half your body weight in ounces of water daily. Focus on cleaner protein like free-range chicken and wild-caught fish. Try going to bed an hour or two earlier to drive down the cortisol and increase your weight loss! I take oxcarbazepine for seizures. Is there anything else I can take naturally for seizures? Also for cholesterol I take meds. I heard raw garlic every morning it’s just as good can you confirm?
