Dual engine chainsaw bike! In this video you will see the the fabrication and assembly of the front engine on the dual chainsaw bike. The original chainsaw bike was built in a previous video • Chainsaw bike (the build) . The dual chainsaw bike uses two husqvarna chainsaw engines. The rear engine is a husqvarna 51 and the front is a husqvarna 36. Most of the parts were taking for a spare bike. The front fork was used to mount the chainsaw. The large Crank sprocket was mounted onto the back wheel. The stock chain was used to drive a sprocket as well as the Derailer is used as a chain tensioner. Hey I just made one using a bigger sprocket on the chainsaw so I put it around the clutch so when I start it it doesn’t move then I used the biggest sprocket on the bike, the chainsaw is 49cc and when I started it when I moved it moved about 2km per hour.ps it has a tensioner. Could you please help do you think it’s cause I need to use a small sprocket on the chainsaw or do u reckon I need a more powerful chainsaw? What’s your thought?

The main thing you should be after is final drive ratio. That would be how many time the clutch rotates for ever one rotation of the wheel. This will prevent your clutch from burning out. A good number to shoot for is about 20:1 Checkout this video kzfaq.info/get/bejne/sL5-dLJ-t8jeeqM.html I use a jack shat to achieve a little over about 19:1 and that seems to work good.

I have the same problem.. Direct conection chainsaw-wheel is not good.. You need sprocket reduction..
