Kristie - the last exercise ,I find abduction in extension and then int/ext rot with knee flexed is helpful.I do it daily 7.0 am.Keep up the good work 🙃😊

Without knowing the cause or degree, it’s difficult for me to answer. I always tell my patients the exercises should feel good and not increase pain:) I have had patients with swelling do them:)

Can you force a knee to bend if its stuck due to arthritis? ....great vid

Thanks! I generally tell my patients not to force things. Often when you try to do that you cause muscle spasm. I typically will have my patience. Do some self massage with the Derma Edge or have someone massage them to help things calm down a little before they try range of motion.
