Hi love your cooking! made this today did as you said but I think mine was drier what to do then? Hopefully it sets!

It should seem a little dry but was it hard? If it was hard, then add a tbsp of milk and microwave it for 30 seconds and then set. The mixture doesn’t really seem “wet” at any point. It should be moist at first but never wet. I hope that helps.

@@SBLtasteoffiji some setted but was alot crumbly will try again. I also tried your peda receip was great too but got dry too. But kids loved it. Will improve next time. Thank you. Happy Diwali!

Sorry to hear that! Sometimes depending on microwave watts and slight variations in ingredients, things can be a little off. I hope you were able to salvage it. I recommend lowering your microwave cook time for the next batch!
