Im yolly castillo ,i do this 5 min. Exercise everyday at 5:00 a.m. ,im 72 years age and i do once a day and after this i will start with your 7 min. Exercise i do it every morning it has a good result and i will continue thi exercises until i achieve my target the size ,thank you Nathasa.

I LOVE this workout, and I can really feel it!! I LOVE all your workouts actually. They're all fast and easy. I use a lot of them in my workouts. I work out 2 and a half hours at least 5 days out of the week, and do a few of your work outs daily. 🥰

I want to thank you SO VERY much for your workouts!!! I LOVE all of them!! I have MS, and they are perfect for me. This one is one of my favorites, and it really works. Can this exercise and thighs reducing exercise be done after 3 years of C-section. I used to do jogging but it worsen by uterine polyp condition so i left Worried if i can do this exercise. Need suggestion
