I have only started following your exercises for 4 days AND I am seeing results in my lower belly!!! Finally exercises that work! I'll do two sets of this exercises and will update daily. 👍 Day 1: Done Day 2: Done Day 3: Done Day 4: Done Day 5: Done Day 6: Done Day 7: Done I feel a little bit change in my back fat and more than little bit in arms. Will update after a week again. 😊

Wow I just done all them now js before bed. I do have a huge back roll flab that literally hangs. I’ve never found a video to follow for back roll. Thank you appreciate it. Hopefully Will b continuing follow that exercise everyday ❤❤❤

Reduce salt n sugar in diet reduced salt to minimum reduced 7 kgs .In the morng ate oats or rava with veg .In the afternoon ate 1 chappati n cup rice .
