If your looking for better acceleration and top speed out of your GY6 or qmj157 this is a easy and affordable performance modification. Our clutch comes completely assembled on the performance pulley, the variator and fan comes in the kit. The only thing left is a belt. We recommend kevlar. You need to choose the proper GY6 drive belt per your engine. There are two types of Gy6 drive belts long case and short case.

Been watching your GY6 videos and they’re super entertaining! I am looking at buying a Chinese ATV this summer from a company called X-Pro. They say the engine displacement is 177.3cc. Do you think that’s good power from a GY6 in stock form? (I’d use it for trail riding, plowing snow, and towing small trailers.) Thanks in advance!

With this new kit, what are the increases? What are your recommended order of steps for top performance. Cvt, carb, gears? I'm 300lbs with stock 2022 ver 5 Maddog 150 cc . Cruising at close to sea level, about 90-95% throttle at 50 mph

My Honda metropolitan 2007. I connect the battery using jumpers it’s a little bigger then it’s supposed to be. The lights flash on and fuel pump turns on for like 1-2 seconds then everything shuts off. The battery is fully charged could someone help? Thanks

Nice kit..I will tell all of you. Until you flow the head and chop the cam lobe. Advance the timing to run race gas. You aren't making any power.

what? please dont say the cvt gasket does nothig. It doesnt really seal the case, !but! On some scooters they make the some bit clearance inside, and if you dont have it the starter/kick wont turn or something can be grinding

Not the case with the gy6. No gasket needed. At leased I have never found a need for them. It doesn’t effect the kickstart.

@@RollingWrench I just replaced the fuel pump , filter and new gas lines. Would a bad ecu cause this problem. Because the stuff does turn on but then just dies.

@@RollingWrench 2 days ago I replaced the fuel pump and everything and turned the key and everything turned on and stayed on fine ( I didn’t try to start the engine because it was late and I was going inside ) the next day I come outside and the problem I explained happened
