This is our jam! Sharing our version of Purple Yam Jam or #Ube Halaya. This is great for giveaways, macaron and cake filling, ice cream or dessert topping. Whatever it is paired with, it will surely be insanely delicious!
This recipe yields 2 cups. Sugar can be added to your desired sweetness.

200g grated purple yam
250g evaporated milk
125g coconut milk
250g condensed milk
1 tsp purple yam extract
3 tbsp butter
2-3 tbsp sugar (optional)
