Here's an easy #Tiramisu and #Matchamisu you can serve to your friends and family in individual cups. Super easy, no baking required. Just a few whisking and viola! Heaven in the palm of your hands. Stay safe everyone :)
Ingredients:
3 egg yolks
3 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon marsala wine (optional)
125g Mascarpone
250ml fresh cream, whipped to soft peaks
1 cup strong coffee
1-2 tablespoon coffee liqueur
1 teaspoon matcha powder
1/2 cup hot water
1 teaspoon marsala wine (optional)
10-12 pieces ladyfingers (savoiardi)
#matcha powder
cocoa powder
Few tips:
1. Chill them overnight
2. Use 2 tablespoon coffee liqueur to get a bit of punch but hopefully won't knocked you down :)
