Ingredients:
~Cheesecake Swirl~
200g cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup granulated white sugar
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon cream
~Purple Brownies~
1/2 cup (1 stick or 115g) unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoon ube jam (ube halaya)
1 tablespoon purple yam extract
2 large eggs
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoon milk powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
Make it super duper extra special?
Add 1/3 cup white choc chips (optional)
Bake @170C for 25-30 minutes.
