1:43 no, Em’s been clean for well over 11 years (definitely at LEAST 11 but could be up to 13 or 14.) The majority, if not all, of the newest disses as in all the ones that came after MGK’s ‘Rap Devil’ (or, well, attempts because almost all have been weak and Benzino’s newest ones had ghost writers so those don’t count in my book) have had these pill related lines to the point it gets very annoying. Apart from it just being dishonest and a bit hypocritical coming from some people, there’s a pretty obvious “Eminem on stuff” (the stuff from 02 until the Relapse album I think? But yeah…there are interviews where it’s painfully obvious.) He OD’d in methadone and had to practically relearn everything and feared he would never be able to rap again. Thanks God he recovered (he truly put a lot of work into it.) I doubt after that experience, with his daughter married (lovely pics of them dancing)he’d go down that path again.
