EP/44 . Hitting Rock bottom on the UK canals.

Hi Folks
Thought I would upload this little out-take of when I got stuck on the bottom of the canal. Hope everyone is well. I've just been craned out for the winter so that me and the hounds can head for warmer climates in the camper. Will be posting another vlog at the weekend.

Little tip: If your pole is nicked and having to use a plank, turn it through 90 degrees (not flat side on) when levering against the hull. Not so flexible that way round.

Empty your water tank. You can always fill it again.

been looking at welding a bracket on the bow and stern of narrowboat so can bolt on my 2 tonne landrover 12 volt winch to pull out of trouble if needed

Fair play, I thought you were properly grounded for a minute. We got stuck once, so we just surrendered to an extra couple of bottles of wine, and hey presto we woke up floating, haha...
