I am so tired of being my own doctor. I have MS with an underlying ongoing fatigue BUT it became profoundly worse in my late 40’s and I was thinking perimenopause but my MDs (both male and female) said nooooooo it was just my MS. When my periods actually stopped I insisted on trying hormone therapy and guess what, my fatigue improved by 1000%. My MDs are so outdated and want me off hormone replacement for no logical reason and it’s sad I am watching you on KZfaq to educate myself. So thank you for your educational videos, I greatly appreciate them. I would love to see a video on hormonal hair loss alone!

Really appreciate all of the articulate, trustworthy and caring information in your videos and the book! I bought a copy of the book for both of my daughters, who are in the perimenopausal range. I sure wish I had this information when I was their age! But, looking forward to becoming more hormonally balanced in my menopausal days!

I disagree about life spans being shorter. Remember in Bible records people lived several hundred yrs. We are living shorter lives today. Plus today we are nor even eating food. We are eating "products" Then add in fragrances, toxins etc. These are the hormone assault points. My grand mother lived to be 93 yrs old. Never experienced a hot flash or dysfunctional menopause symptoms. She told me her cycle just stopped in her 50s and that was it...done.

It’s a story people didn’t live 900 years and if you look at lifespans that are actually provable then we are living much longer

Me too. One month I had my last period, and then I didn't. I was 49 years old & no symptoms at all. Maybe because I have never been pregnant, or have kept my high school weight my entire life? Who knows. I am 64 now.

@amysanders3099 other cultures have their stories as well. There's science backing up the fact earth had a much higher concentration of 02. Several things pointing to the fact we've deteriorated from better days.

Yes, he did say that and yes the bible is just a story. We know people live longer now than ever before. Vaccines for one thing.
