I've lost all sort of sympathy for this girl. I've known ana girls who were in even worse condition than her, with no money nor family to help them and none of them was as toxic, greedy, fake, gaslighting and borderline racist as she is. Smiles and excuses can only last for so long.

I would LOVE to interview her and ask her some basic life questions. Like "Do you know how to turn on a washing machine?" "How is your house heated"? I can guarantee that those comments about her gaining weight were extremely triggering and thats why she had to respond to them. As person having lived 30 years ago I would definitely say that a company would NOT want Eugenia Cooney representing them at that time. There is definitely a line that 99% of people can see death on someone and that is not aspirational.

Random Observation: She’s getting more clear with her speech, using longer sentences, holding onto a thought a bit longer and using her fake voice a little less. Not as much as she’s shown she’s capable of in the past, but a bit. She’s a bit less annoying with the “thank you” comments as well. I’m really not sure if she’s taking care of herself a tiny bit or else she’s hyper-aware of herself to a whole new level due to…your live coverage? Because yours does go into daily detail on a whole new level. You open a door to a fearless casual conversation as equal adults without the cushion of her disorder altering how you’d treat her otherwise. I feel she may be getting uncomfortable but it might eventually lead to some actual adult or real behavior over time? Idk just occurred to me. i checked out braid therapy's account, she for sure deserves this win more than Eugenia! Her lives are really cool, she teaches people how to braid hair in her live session and tbh it's just fun to watch! Educational and relaxing, she is actually working for her money. If Eugenia would maybe give makeup tutorials, fashion ideas, or something along those lines it would spice up her content not this begging nonsense she does.

It's really interesting, bringing to light how black and white Eugenia is with friendships and things. Especially how she feels about people who are "Awesome" and people who are "Haters". I was diagnosed with an eating disorder back when I was 15 and now that I am 21, I've been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. In BPD, that black and white thinking, "You either love or hate me", it comes from trust issues, possibly caused by past trauma of failed or toxic relationships. The more I watch this Eugenia content, the more traits I actually recognise and it makes me think this girl needs serious therapeutic help, and not just for the obvious (Edit: It's also notable that you can't argue with a borderline because you won't ever get anywhere. It's called splitting, if they think you're a hater, they won't ever think anything else. They won't even give you a chance once that thought enters their head because to them, you have no true concern, you're just mean and they want nothing to do with that to protect themselves. To others, this becomes frustrating because they can't rationalise with these people. But you will never be able to convince them, because they've already split. They've already classified you as "Haters" or "Liars", and that's just not going to change)

When it comes to the "could she win a fashion contest in the 90s - 00s" no. Even tho extreme thinnes was considered the peak of beauty, ppl still had to look... human. There's no point in time where she would actually fit the beauty standard.

And then he blocked me because I told him that his columella (the cartilage between his nostrils) is clearly sinking because of ❄️. Or maybe J 🌟 kicked me out because I called him "Temu's Linda Evangelista". The last thing I heard is that he had to block a jerk with just one hand, since the other one was getting the IV. I was THAT jerk! Proud moment.

Regarding the difference in fashion eras and whether she would have been approved/endorsed 20/30 years ago, I'm thinking that EC's situation is so extreme that I doubt even 30 years ago she would've been held up as a standard or spokesperson for fashion brands. Kate Moss was the "waif" supermodel of the 90s and even she was nowhere near EC level, and there was outcry about her unhealthy thinness then too.

As someone who is 60, and has seen a lot of styles come and go, Eugenia's look is too extreme to have ever been comfortable for anyone to really support. Even in the 60's, when Twiggy was the hottest thing going. 80's girls weren't that focused on being bone-thin. The styles didn't demand that a person be a size zero to pull off wearing them. Also, I wouldn't want my young daughter idolizing an adult woman who is pushing 30, yet dresses and acts 13, and has no life skills that would allow her to live a normal, productive life or be a contributing member of society. Someone who makes a ton of money by living with her parents, and doing literally nothing, online. Someone who is that far outside of most people's reality isn't my idea of an appropriate role model. I wouldn't want to raise another Eugenia. Damn, she's never going to leave home, get married, have kids, etc. She's dependent on you FOREVER. Not the role model MOST parents want for their kids. I didn't even have kids of my own, and I can tell you that following Eugenia wouldn't have been encouraged in my home. Us "going away" doesn't stop her behavior from giving somebody else's daughter the idea that this is someone that they should emulate. A 29-year old woman who behaves this way isn't something anyone should consider normal. This isn't how normal MATURE adults act. We grow out of Powerpuff Girls, Hello Kitty, and Jack Skellington at some point.

Jordy, I just want to say, I’m an old lady compared to you (turning 42 next year, let’s hear it for the 82 babies and xennials haha) but I really love listening to you and hearing your opinions and your takes, here with Eugenia but with others as well. I just really admire the realistic, but still empathetic/sympathetic view you take and how you really have a conversation about things. I admit I chuckle sometimes about things bc I’m an old lady and it’s really interesting, and fun, to hear the takes of younger people, but you are mature beyond your years. I have lupus and was going through a really rough time, which turned into a “wicked bad time” (I’m in Boston lol, figured you can appreciate the wicked being from Pittsburgh 😉, go pats- or don’t go at all this year haha ) and bc of all the low dose “chemo” meds and steroid use, I obliterated my leg on Labor Day - I fractured it in several places, and landed in the hospital for 3 weeks, came out with 2 plates, 16 screws and pins and a bone graft, and I have not been healing correctly bc of the lupus and issues there. That was a long sentence to say, my health is shit and I’ve been at home by myself and “in a state”, but your videos have brought me something to listen to and engage in and keep me from spiraling completely into the void and just losing myself. Larger point being, if only in one case, you are keeping people engaged and keeping them away from the ledge and helping minds that would get consumed by other thoughts. I know that sounds crazy but I hope it comes across in some way how I meant it. You’re just a good person and I appreciate your views and I appreciate your videos. I think the comments about her gaining weight does get under her skin, regardless of how many hundreds of times she has seen them. The comment about her cheeks looking fuller definitely bothered her. When she's at a healthier (ish) weight, her face is naturally rounder and i think that has always been a source of insecurity for her

I was born in 1983 and Eugenia DEFINITELY would've been a topic of discussion,when I was young, but the assumption wouldve anorexia, or HIV/AIDS. She would NOT be considered beautiful and the only organisation sponsoring her would be, Make a Wish. Skinny was definitely glorified in the 90s/2000s, but not skeletal.

When she said she’s not trying to gain weight … says everything we’ve been trying to point out this whole time. She’s not trying to recover at all. She wants to stay this weight forever. I just hope she has enough time on earth to be able to change her mind.
