You guys make running look fun and easy, and having fun is important in this sport. Your forms are fluid and efficient. I have learned a lot of valuable info from this channel. Your bodies are still very young and are a long way from fully maturing, so the future is exciting. Keep up the good work.

5:55 so true💀 my coach tried to give me a large uniform, which you would think makes sense since I'm 6ft tall. But I also only weigh 140lbs, and can only actually fit the small uniforms

I’m a big fan and you guys inspired me so much, I’m a middle schooler in 8th grade and I’ve ran my whole life, track and field and xross country! Just finished championships a few weeks ago at Woodward park, and ran my best 2 mile race with a time of 11:10.3 😊 love you guys! And I’m buying merch for my birthday on December 30th love you guys!
